Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear, honest rules for refunds, cancellations and dues.
- Membership fees, personal training charges, registration fees and add-on service charges are generally non-refundable once paid.
- Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law, or exceptionally approved in writing by DreamFit management on genuine medical or relocation grounds, supported by valid documentation.
- Where an approved refund is issued, joining/registration fees, GST/taxes, transaction charges and the pro-rata value of services already availed will be deducted.
